Description

Writer/artist Terry Moore has spent his career spinning tales about memorable female characters replete with snappy dialogue. They sometimes made cameo appearances in each other's series to show that they lived in the same "Terryverse," but not until this series did all his leads interact with each other in earnest, facing a nuclear threat. As such, the cover shows exactly what you'll get on the interior. How many can you name?

The "five minutes to midnight on the atomic clock" motif in the background comes from the 1950s, but comic book readers will understandably think of Alan Moore's Watchmen series which used it so memorably.

This page was discussed in my YouTube interview on Ruben Da Collector's channel on October 12, 2025.

Great cover with a full cast!  People who only know the Katchoo and Francine dynamic will be introduced to a whole new universe of fun!
