An attempt by Marten Toonder and Dick Matena to get Tom Puss back in the newspapers as a balloon text comic, instead of a comic with subtext (a typical Dutch phenomenon).
There is a draft version, a black-and-white version, a version without balloon texts (for the international market?) and a version with balloon texts of the first 9 strips.
Strips 10 to 20 only exist in draft.
The project was cancelled.
