DescriptionI've been meaning to post these up for a while. Maybe the opportune time with the release of the latest Deadpool & Wolverine movie.This book was one of Deadpool's earlier appearances and revealed that Domino was in fact Vanessa (Copycat), Deadpool's old shapeshifting girlfriend. It also had the first 'real' appearance of Domino (or is it the first appearance of 'real' Domino) in the final splash... Trippy 90s antics, thanks to Maestro Rob Liefeld. I am a big fan of color guides, especially when I can secure the guides for the whole book. Sometimes it’s the only opportunity to own a piece of comics history from a book or artist which I would otherwise never be able to do. Steve Buccellato has done some superb color work in his time, which happened to coincide with my most coveted comics era being the 90s. Steve did the colors on Deadpool’s first appearance in New Mutants #98 and worked on many an X book after that. Social/Sharing |
