Wow Jordan, this is epic! Not only do you get a historic early X-Men page featuring the Juggernaut in his 2nd ever appearance, but also nice big images of Professor X, Angel and the Human Torch in blazing action! Major major congrats on this amazing gen!
Awesome early appearance by Juggernaut, but also great content in every panel!
Really nice early X-Men page. Congrats Jordan!
Incredible piece of history!!! Every panel looks amazing too. In awe of this page. Huge congrats Jordan!
Gorgeous Jordan! Congrats!
Yes can't get the 1st so yes yes yes to the 2nd! Congrats and an amazing page!
Wow!! Such a great history page, huge congrats on this early Juggernaut artwork.
Killer page, JJ! Classic, classic stuf and got something to see in every panel! Congrats!
It looks very Kirby when there's the Torch flying around and there needs to be a black backgound behind him. Juggernaut establishes himself in this issue to be a bigger threat for the entire Marvel Universe when a crossover is required!
Those two issues introducing the Juggernaut are so memorable ...so much tension building up to the final battle . Great page from a classic story !
Hey this is really nice. Jay Gavin shines with his assistants.
Outstanding early Juggy page! With Torch and Professor too? Big congrats!
Gorgeous Kirby Page ! Congrats Jordan!
Amazing! Congrats on this fantastic example!
Many congratulations, Jordan! This is an epic page for all the reasons set out above. In addition, it also has absolutely superb inks by Joe Sinnott. This is especially significant, in my view, because although the previous issue was the first appearance of the Juggernaut and the next the first appearance of the Sentinels, the inks were by Vince Colletta (which, respectfully, were much less lush and polished than Sinnott's in this particular issue).
Thanks, CAB. I agree that Sinnott inks are very noticeable and exceptional.
Each panel is distinctly rendered, wonderful art, composition and inks both. Didn't realize the FF had a relationship this early with the X-Men, Human Torch is a real bonus.
I love the details at the top, the x-men stamp and the hand written numbers
So many gems in this collection
