1988 Bill Sienkiewicz, prime Sienkiewicz.

I go back and forth on Sienkiewicz art, there are times when I think he's the greatest and then there are times where it's a no, there is no middle ground with Bill for me.

Stray Toasters, I bought it, I read it, I remember I didn't care for the story. I didn't remember any of it. I had to read a synopsis of the book to know what it was about. Still drew a blank. So why buy this piece? Because it's still Bill Sienkiewicz and it's still a gorgeous piece of art.

Published in Amazing Heroes #151 1988 along with three other illustrations of Dhalia, Abigail and Dr. Montana Violet.

Very stylish and the fashion of the day to have the long coat. It looks so wildly energetic, yet Sienkiewicz is very sharp in knowing where to put the lines in an exact manner. Very nice inks at the bottom like flickering flames licking up from below.

Sienkiewicz can do no wrong, I only wish you also had the original of the chick withthat crazy afro as well!
