Description
An oldie but a goodie, finally taking some time to post previously collected art.

Our favorite everyday man, and friend of Superman, James "Jimmy" Olsen has fallen hard. It is love at first sight when Supergirl comes to his rescue and it's amazing that after being saved an offer of a kiss works in his favor. Only one tiny problem, Bizarro is there to interrupt the moment. Round 1: Bizarro vs. Supergirl, Fight!

Jimmy has a realization, maybe he can be the hero. So, he angrily waves his trusty golden shovel and calls out: Leave her alone! It's ME you want!

Mid-battle, without breaking her stride, Supergirl shouts back: STAY OUT OF THIS, OLSEN!

There is not a whole lot that Jimmy can do, and that's when he looks down at the shovel he has been holding. There is a crude inscription on the back that says PRopeRTy oF GRAVE- DiGGEr LAD followed by BiZARRo's WORst eNEMy.
Jimmy think to himself: I could KICK myself for not realizing it sooner.
Keeps thinking: WHEREVER this Bizarro #1 came from, HIS Jimmy Olsen was GRAVEDIGGER LAD.
I could probably do some AWESOME stuff with this shovel, like SMASH this whole building.

Jimmy is inspired, he is now a man of action as he clutches the handle in a nice strong grip and proceeds to give the building a really nice hit and then....

KLANK

Jimmy cries: OW! as his hands are smarting and he drops that dang shovel.
He comes to another realization; this one is a fact of the matter: Or... not.
No more fighting for Jimmy Olsen, though he might still be some sort of help along this journey.
