Description

A concert poster for a 1994(?) show put on by cartoonist Heather McAdams at Chicago's famed Lounge Ax club. The show's title is a tribute to a classic country western song made famous by Webb Pierce, featuring these lyrics:

There stands the glass that will ease all my pain
That will settle my brain, it's my first one today
There stands the glass that will hide all my fears
That will drown all my tears, brother, I'm on my way
