Gorgeous page and that Batman panel image you mention definately really stands out. Mike's art is incredible and he has really been stepping it up a notch on his most recent projects from Swamp Thing to Bat! congrats!
A climactic page of the story! Very operatic with Perkins evoking b&w films with demon imagery and lighting like Häxan and Vampyr to tie Batman to the golden age.

If there was only one page i nthe story that truly epitomized the whole purpose of designing a costume to put fear in the hearts of criminals, it's this one. Forget a bat, he looks like the devil himself has come from Hell to unleash his fury. Fantastic stuff!
