DescriptionFor me personally Mark Bagley will be always the number one Spider-Man artist of all time. I remember that the first comic that I bought with my own money in my early teens, was the Dutch (translated) version of Amazing Spider-Man #375 with Spider-Man and Venom on a shiny gold cover. This was the comic that started the hobby in comics and original art for me!Update 03/21/2025: happy to see that my commission is used as a variant cover for Amazing Spider-Man! Social/Sharing |

Mark Bagley's fully finished and inked Spider-Man has a kinetic energy and a different sharpness than what Hanna, Dell, Hennessey, etc. can provide.

Seriously, I grew up on McFarlane and Larsen and Bagley, but it was Bagley that really hit the spot for me in my "collecting prime" (as a kid). Big gratz !!
