DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!15x22" artboard has pen and ink original art by Johnny Craig (1926-2001), known for his work w/EC Comics during the 1950s. Offered here is the original art for page 4 of Crime SuspenStories #10, published by EC Comics in April 1952. Nine panel page is from "Rocks In His Head" story and shows unscrupulous doctor stealing ring from patient only for patient to scream that she'd been robbed in last panel. Inkstamped title abbreviation at bottom margin w/stamped "Silver Printed" notation and grease pencil page number at top margin. Back has William M. Gaines copyright inkstamp and preliminary pencil sketch of fifth panel. Printed gallery sticker at upper left. Second panel has strip of staining/aging across text as if once covered, but text appears as printed in final comic form. First panel has small spot of staining but o/w art remains clean and Exc.
