Description
This page is from the first issue of Superman Family I owned. Superman’s line, “Well I’ll be a three-eyed babootch” upon seeing the drenched Lois has always stayed with me (as has the editorial note defining the word “airbag.”)

Jimmy Olsen is referring to an organ transplant for his Earth-2 duplicate.

The story was written by future Marvel editor-in-chief Tom DeFalco.

Purchased from Anthony Snyder at NYCC 2024-another great deal from Anthony.

She's wet and angry!  Very nice how art around this time of the DC Dollar Books squeezed more story into fewer pages.  Mortimer and Giella put in some great dark silhouettes to break up the flow of art to slow you down and appreciate the story.  A circle panel is always cool.

Congrats on getting a page from a memorable issue and you only need two eyes to appreciate it!
