Finally! My favorite Bill Ward piece ever, and after many many years, I finally own it!
Probably drawn in the '50s or the '60s.
Published in Cartoon Parade No. 76 (Jan, 1975), which I also own a copy of.

Was shown in the Taschen Gallery and previously owned personally by the founder of the Taschen publisher, Benedikt Taschen.
