X of Swords Stasis Pg. 30 - Pepe Larraz

As I've said before, I love Hickman, Larraz, and Krakoa. X of Swords was a very strong second act and maybe meandered a bit in some chapters, but the Hickman penned issues were fantastic.

This page has a very cool 3/4 splash of monstrous hoards, led by Apocalypse's children, attacking Saturnyne's Citadel. We also see some of the X-Men's reaction to this scene as they just emerged from the portal into Otherworld. Larraz is so great at designing villains and monsters even his one offs are incredible. This flag bearer guy in front of Unus is super cool and I don't think we even see him again outside of these panels!

For clarity, this is, of course, a monoprint. All of Larraz's interiors from the Karkoan age were digital, and so the only option for these pages are mono prints. They are of impressive quality, printed by Color3Arte who also does monoprints for Jorge Jimenez and Marco Checchetto.
