Savage Land Kitty Pryde & Rogue by JC Fabul

"I'm going to get a commission from JC do you want in?" That's what my friend said and I instantly froze. He took that to mean that I wasn't interested in getting a commission too.

If you don't know JC Fabul he does amazing drawings of women but I was torn. My friend got an amesome Savage Land Rogue by him but I really wanted a Kitty Pryde. So then I finally just said fuck it, how about both? But there's never been a Savage Land version of Kitty so I was a little worried about how it was going to turn out. But JC was amazing as he would send my friend progress pictures and then he'd forward them to me. What I saw initially was the second picture and I was utterly floored!

But then about an hour later I get another text from my friend saying that JC said he wasn't happy it and he's starting over. WTF? I thought it was awesome. But he did it all over again because he wasn't happy with Kitty's face. A day later I get another text. He's done and my friend wants to know if I want to see it. I did, but I really enjoy the aspect of not knowing what I'm going to get. A few weeks later he brought this to me and I was utterly floored. OMG, the ink wash! And the little details, like the foliage phased through Kitty's legs or the giant dino Rogue is standing on.
