A great and memorable cover!
Crazy / Great in '68!
The Freak! So great with the girl and Iron Man in peril! Early Iron Man covers are fabulous as it marked a new age of Marvel finally expanding to more titles!
Perfect period cover
Welcome to CAF!! Great cover!
Classic beauty! Love the composition and lighting here. Huge congrats!
Really great cover. Congrats!!
A thing of beauty.
A true classic! Beautiful!
I have always loved this cover. It is an honor to have it posted here on CAF. Congratulations on adding this to your collection. A real gem!
I have a lot of nostalgia for this cover as it was the first issue of Iron Man I ever bought, as a back issue!
Awesome way to start your CAF - I'm especially fond of the female figure on this Marvel Magic cover!
I had this book in near mint condition. Bought it for 20 cents at a yard sale one day in the mid-eighties. Guy had a huge box full of books like this. I also got a copy of Silver Surfer #4 in near mint and a bundle of classic Neal Adams Deadman and Avengers. They all looked as though they were never read. The guy selling them kidded me about my having a book telling me what they were worth. I said yes, I had such a book. He said he didn't care. He was making money even at 20 cents each. That was a great day.
Great to see this original art!!
Cool early cover, when this first came up my first thought was that the Freak’s head must be under that stat, might be an interesting peek with a bright light.
