Description
A welcome addition to my collection and is now my earliest "published" piece of Reed Waller artwork featuring OMAHA.
This piece of artwork was used for the 1983 release of Kitchen Sink Button/Badge number 106 featuring Omaha the Cat Dancer by Reed Waller.
It was produced as both a one inch and a two & a half inch button/badge.

Also pictured here in the additional pictures is the old original colour study and of course the buttons/badges I have had in my actual collection since the early 1990's.

Iconic imagery from the inide series during the early days of the b&w 80's explosion!  Merchandising was vital to support the creators as well as word of mouth to gain more awareness and readership.  It looks as professional as what the big two can do and Waller had the will to make it work.
