Swamp Thing by Tom King

Writer of two of the best Swamp Thing one-shot stories in the modern age - Tom King.

I always appreciate when writers/artists look through whatever book you bring them to sign, reflecting back on the time on their work. He pointed out that other recent Swamp Thing books didn’t have the ellipses (…) when he talked, so he made it a point to include them in ‘the Talk of the Saints’ story. I then told him I bought one of his I’m sorry remarks. He said loudly “you did? Why? I’m sorry” Then proceeded to draw for a good 5 minutes while saying I’m sorry, making sure to include an ellipsis at the end.
