Wildcats vol 1 #25 page 46 by Travis Charest (1995)

Well, it is Thanksgiving and I definitely have stuff to be thankful for, such as this one! When this amazing Wildcats page featuring Zealot first popped up on the Heritage preview, I knew I had to get it. I have always loved Travis' take on Zealot but also this was a seminal moment for the character (and Voodoo). Zealot is a favorite character of mine and one I use for commissions a lot. At the auction this one went a little higher than I expected but I was going to keep going as long as necessary to bring it home lol. But I am glad it ended where it did.

The 3/4 splash of a close up Zealot is so great, and the little bit of zipatone on the sword is a nice touch too. This is from the Alan Moore story run and inks by Troy Hubbs!
