Just found this in the closet!

"Outcasts of a society of physically perfect people, they couldn�t stay and they couldn�t go home again�yet there had to be some escape for them. Oddly enough, there was!"

So there you go. Seem like nice enough folks.

Illo for the F.L. Wallace novella in the April 1952 issue of Galaxy; Emshwiller credited as "Ed Alexander" (his first and second names).

It's still a prison to hold outcasts no matter how well they dress up this biodome. The illustration work of the 50's is pure quality.
