David Finch Dark Knight Returns #2 cover recreation

nice cover homage to FM by Finch. Finch is on that shortlist of Batman artists ever since him who have done standout and unique work of his own on the character, this is a solid tribute from a stellar master artist of more modern times!

This is a very nice version of the classic cover. Real nice touches by Finch.

The image that kicks off issue 2 to reveal that Dark Knight is unlike anything that has come before!  Finch captures that crazy old man energy with the arthritic joints and all battle scarred to be scary to both criminals and the law. 

Great Scott! What a crazy cool version of Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns cover by another great Batman artist--David Finch! I've always admired Finch's intricately detailed Batman covers. To see Finch's intricately detailed style applied to Miller's Batman cover is awesome! The overall pose is the same, but the end result is very different! It's like a whole new take on Miller's Batman. Great idea to create a combination of the styles of two such different artists! I love the end result! Fantastic commission, congrats!
