Description
I have been watching the art of Jimbo Salgado for a while now and really loved his Beta Ray Bill, Ghost Rider and Galactus images. Jimbo has strong textures in his inking and really gives the Marvel characters depth. His commission art is so detailed. Enjoy!!!

Using an original layout I had from Alex Horley, I asked Jim to create this 11 x 17 version of the battle between Silver Surfer & Annihilus. Since the Surfer wields the Power Cosmic, it makes sense that Annihilus would want to add the Surfer's powers and boost his own Cosmic Control Rod. As the Surfer attempts to pull back to a safer position in space, the minions of Annihilus all reach up to stop him. Such a cool image!

The crosshatching and inking Salgado uses comes through with levels of depth in this Negative Zone action showdown!

Jim killed it!  Incredible ink detail here, especially on Annihilus.  Saw the thumbnail and for a sec thought "Finch", which is of course a good thing!  Congrats!
