Loved Cary Burkett's run on The Warlord! He captured and used what came before from Grell and Wright and created new and exciting twists and turns to everything in Skartaris!

I had a chance to thank Cary through LinkedIn. Always wondered why he didn't finish his storylines himself in Warlord #100? Still have yet to hear an answer!

Some very modern and slick 80's looking artwork for Warlord with it's more raw fantasy realm setting!  Very compact and full of detail in an updated manner.  It was the time period where they had the action figure and the Warlord title became part of a bigger plan!
