Art features four panels, showing Dick Tracy discussing dead parachutist, who happened to be an undercover narcotics agent (who appears as pasted stat on Wrist TV in third panel). Dick Tracy appears in all but third panel, and uses "2-Way Wrist TV" in second panel to talk to Pat Patton. Patton appears w/Sam Catchem in first panel and Sparkle Plenty and Vera Alldid (her first husband) appear in last panel, which Gould has signed. Second panel has Chicago Tribune copyright strip. Inked date in first panel and in upper left margin. Scattered pin holes to top/bottom margins, w/.5" tear at bottom center. Art remains clean and Exc.
