Art by Charles "Doc" Winner (1885-1956) who was an American cartoonist,notable for his comic strips Tubby and Elmer, plus his contributions to Thimble Theatre, Barney Google and other King Features strips. He was the third artist who worked on The Katzenjammer Kids from 1949-1956. The kids pranking the Inspector who is doing the wash and gets in a mess w/a wild cat. Strip also has an appearance from Mama. Lt. aging/handling wear. Glue stain from a missing paste-over. Small stain and missing type correction in one panel. Title is a modern photocopy. VF.
