Description
Just a descent page from the iconic issue #50, of the famed Silvestri 2yr run on this title. I really enjoyed Silvestri's depiction of Wolverine on this series. Silvestri's use of shadow and minimal strokes created an eerie approach, while effectively unraveling each story with an almost cinematic level of suspense and tension that drove the viewing audience to always want more.

A little bit of humor too with a tiny key on a granny keychain used by Wolverine.  Subverts expectations that Wolvie would just use a claw to pick the lock.

Hahaha, that's a good point. I guess Larry Hama was having some fun in this scene, a bit of tongue and cheek to break the tension. I absolutely loved Hama's dialog in this issue BTW.
