Description
Busiek, Pacheco, Merino, and Arion. What more could you ask for in a Superman comic? Have always been an Arion fan. Don't recall whether I started buying his series when it was released or after I saw Perez's version of him in Crisis. Either way, I liked it all - his look, his cast, the ancient Atlantean setting. All of it.

I'm so glad Kurt, Carlos, and Jesus did their best to bring him back in to comics in this Superman run in 2007. No surprise, but Carlos did a fantastic job with simple tweaks to his redesign too. Even something as simple as straightening his hair makes his silhouette cleaner.

Bought this from Artcoholics Galleria in late 2024. Great dealer who do a nice job serving international clients.

I like that they show the crows feet on the face to show how Arion has aged.

I missed this story, but after seeing this page, I definitely want to read it.
