This a great cover. Harvey also put on some paste ups and used it as the interior splash.

As noted by famed collector and dealer, Pete Koch:

This original art was used for the cover (and as an interior splash) for Black Cat Comics #15 (1946/Harvey Comics). This was penciled and inked by Lee Elias. The art area measures 11" X 15+3/4", and it's in very good condition. There is some use of neatly applied whiteout in the background areas. There are some minor glue stains in the title stat area, and the introduction was lettered on a separate board and pasted on.
