Here is a piece of The Goon/ Eric Powell history, this is the Original cover art to Best Cellars #1 by Eric Powell. Here is where it started for The Goon, this is Eric's first published cover and features Monster Boy the prototype for The Goon.
It's signed and dated in gold sharpie and remarked to "Thanks Guys & dolls" which was a comic shop that hosted Eric's first shop signing.
