Marvel Annual Report 1995 Page 19

This was the last year Marvel produced their annual report in comic book form. Saviuk provided the pencils for pages 17-22 and Derek Fisher provided the inks.

The piece is on Marvel art board and signed by Saviuk with an inscription to Steve, who may have been Steve Saffel, a Marvel Comics editor and promotions director who worked there from 1983 to 1995.

In the top panel Cap is facing off against the Jackal. But before the pair can throw down, Cap is joined by the Avengers (Iron Man, Giant Man (Pym), Thor, Crystal, Black Widow, Wasp, Vision).

In the bottom panel the Un-American calls in his friends, "negative" versions of the Avengers. Whereupon, the Jackal is congratulated by the elderly woman, who turns out to be his mother.

I haven't been able to find this book online to get a screenshot of the page... if someone could provide one that would be helpful.
