Cherry Poptart T-Shirt Order Form

My first exposure to any cherry title was my sophomore year in high school. My table mate in a graphic design class (Derrick) would bring in the occasional issue. Obviously interesting to a 15 year old male it was silly fun stuff with a sexy angle to be kept from the teachers prying eyes.

I have wanted an original piece from Larry welz for awhile. Always just out bid or late to the party when something I have liked has been available. I had ordered up an original laser cut peephole addition of the Kickstarter omnibus last June. I had thought that was original art. However I was tipped off by the campaign manager that might not be the case and the covers weren’t going well. They suggested a refund might be the way to go…so I took my pledge back and was glad not to get stuck in that Kickstarter quagmire. Seems some folks are not happy with how those covers out played out. This work is an advertisement/order form for a cherry t-shirt offered up in the comic issues. I’m not sure if this particular effort ever appeared published in the comic or not (if anybody knows please enlighten me) but I’m happy to have the example.
