Description1-2025...One of my all time favorite movies has to be "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" a classic that merged the humans and cartoon in the Golden Age of Hollywood! Very excited to add these storyboard images from arguably one of the best scenes of the movie. When else did Donald and Daffy officially share the screen?! Very cool to see how the storyboard adjusted to the final cut. From the description...Who Framed Roger Rabbit Donald Duck and Daffy Duck Piano Duel Original Storyboard Art by Mark Kausler Group of 6 (Walt Disney/Amblin, 1990). "I've worked with a lot of wise-quackers, but you are despicable." Two of the most famous ducks in animation fight for the spotlight in this remarkable lot with six amazing storyboards from the memorable dueling piano scene in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, by the great Mark Kausler. This pair of irritable ducks perform at the Ink and Paint club, sharing the screen for the first time in history starting at the 15:11 mark of the movie, as a warm-up act before Jessica Rabbit's famous "Why Don't You Do Right." Featuring completely hilarious images of the emblematic ducks from Disney and Warner Brothers, these storyboards showcase the battling ducks rendered in colored pencil on 11" x 8.5" paper. Pinholes can be seen on the top corners of the storyboards. From the Mike Glad Museum Collection. Social/Sharing |
