OAX Story Part 3: when I say I braced myself on the table when I pulled the pages out of that envelope and saw the issue 75 pages, I am in no way exaggerating. Since I started collecting art, specifically Adams art, I have been asking everyone if they knew where the final 3 pages were, and no one knew. Turns out, Adam had kept them the entire time, more than 30 years. This is when a creative team is at its very very best, when Larry’s writing is so beautifully complimented by Adams art, and they accomplish something memorable. Not because it’s action packed, not because it’s incredibly “cool”, but because it simply, purely, breaks your heart, and for anyone who was introduced to Logan with this issue, tells you everything you need to know about him. Perfect.

Absolutely some great sentimental art from Kubert's first Wolverine book. Huge congrats on this adoption, twins nonetheless.
