Description"TRAVERS, LOOK!" OH NO! CANNIBALS!SKY MASTERS 7/1/1959 Jack Kirby teamed up with Wally Wood to produce this wonderful comic strip called Sky Masters. Already comic art masters in their own right, the King of Comics and the 1950's greatest Sci-Fi artist worked together to create a special Sci-fi pre-space age treat! Both of these Masters' styles melded together very nicely. I am convinced Wood learned a lot from Jack's dynamic layouts, and that Kirby took away much from Wood's machinery and space age sci-fi designs during this brief artistic partnership. You can see the machinery later in Kirby's Marvel work that came after (take a look at Reed Richards inventions or Galactus space gear!) Really happy to add this cool example to my collection! the team up between these 2 artists on the Sky Masters strips are just gorgeous to look at. great example. congrats!

What an amazing creators team!!! Everything in this strip is superbly drawn and inked. Machibery, faces... look at the bubbles!!! Incredible art.
