Description
Great early Jim Wilson appearance in the Hulk book with art by Sal and Ernie Chan. The Constrictor’s first appearance is in issue 212 so that’s his birth issue but he is mentioned on this page so does that make this his pre birth page?

First written mention is a designation CGC makes on their labels for some books (mainly golden age when characters are mentioned in writing or in advertisements prior to their actual first visual or speaking appearances), so that might be what this could be for Constrictor

Congrats!

This is a Constrictor conception page - even more rare than a birth page as not all characters have a conception pages.

Nice Chan inks and great Sal storytelling on this background/history page. Yes, I agree on the 'first app' point. The page turner 'reveals' that are so common in comics mean that a character often appears by name, word balloon or in shadow before you really get to see them. It's still cool to have the name check.
