A lot of us were slow to realize that Tufts was a terrific cartoonist! I love this page!
Good point. I only learned of Tufts' other work when I looked up this page and was surprised to learn how much work he did on Scooby-Doo and other animated titles. It didn't help that Dell/Western/Gold Key didn't credit their creators, not to mention their truly byzantine numbering systems that had me double-checking series, dates, etc. I'd certainly like to look up more of Tufts' work on the HB comics and other things, but Dell/Western/Gold Key don't make it easy. I would welcome any suggestions you may have!
