Maus Art Spiegelman Sketch Remarqued Book

This was a big one for me. For over a year I was looking at various Spiegelman Maus sketches and remarques, trying to find one that wasn't personalized to a specific name, wasn't too loose, and that was priced at least relatively reasonably. I know... this is why it took over a year!

I was lucky enough to see this beautiful piece at auction and snagged it. It checked all my boxes and more. It was easily the most detailed piece I'd seen during the year I was searching, and the text showed the Spiegelman humor I'd seen throughout my search.

This comic is monumental. Literally historical. I'll never have a page from this book, but this piece is a nice connection to an incredible book.
