This page is from issue 123 page 12 of the Silver Surfer (vol 2 1987) illustrated by Ron Garney and Bob Wiacek. The Surfer is in every panel.

The tone of page is set by the first oversize panel with the lighting coming from behind the Surfer enshrouding him in all black. This is symbolized by the remaining page design. He is walking down the hall and see a picture of Ben and Alicia. The love is exuding from the picture of the happy couple in the 3rd panel. The 4th panel shows the Surfer's thumb crack the glass. Is this the result of him thinking about his true love, Shalla Bal. He then steps onto the board and soars out of the Baxter Building in the last panel.

This is an incredible cinematically designed page.
