Swimmingly great Manix piece!  Even if you aren't familiar with the original cover, you get what the Archie cover would look like with romantic rivals gag.  That's some great Manix cheesecake!

man this one was so cool during that art drop show, even convinced myself I wanted it as both an Archie and X-Men fan, but there was no way I'd be quicker than you or Marcus to claim so I didn't even get to type anything before it was gone! one of the best hybrid homages Manix has ever done by far! congrats dude!

Hilarious parody of the X-Men drawn as an Archie Comics-type cover!Love this cover scene of Wolverine and Cyclops both going for a swim on opposite sides of the beach and both asking Jean Grey to keep and eye on them. Funny commentary at the bottom asking which one Jeannie would save if they were both drowning at the same time? (Cyclops, of course, Wolverine would just die and heal himself). Fabulous idea, fantastic execution. Amazing pick-up, congrats!

Yeah, I'm not sure if my favorite thing about this is the crayon-like colors in the "X-MEN" logo, or Cyclops's swim cap (it's -gotta- be the swim cap, though, right?), but this th8ng will warm you regardless of the season.  Another great Manix add, James - congrats!
