Description

"Dirty Pair" è nato come serie di light novel nel 1980. La storia segue le avventure di due agenti, Kei e Yuri, conosciute come le "Lovely Angels", ma soprannominate "Dirty Pair" a causa dei disastri che spesso accompagnano le loro missioni. Nonostante il caos, riescono sempre a portare a termine i loro incarichi.

L'autore della serie Dirty Pair è Haruka Takachiho (高千穂遙), nato il 7 novembre 1951 a Nagoya, in Giappone. È uno scrittore di fantascienza e fondatore dello studio di animazione Studio Nue. Takachiho ha creato Dirty Pair nel 1980, ispirandosi a un evento di wrestling femminile a cui partecipò insieme all'autore di fantascienza A. Bertram Chandler. La serie è diventata un franchise multimediale con romanzi, anime, OAV e manga.
