Ed McGuinness and Cam Smith

Fun story written by Jeph Loeb where Batman and Lois Lane try to steal Lex Luthor's kryptonite ring. Since this story took place nearly 25 years ago, you may not know, Lex is POTUS and resides in the White House. This was kind of a big deal back then. For some reason, I recall that he stepped away from Lexcorp to run for President and self-funded his campaign. Is that too far-fetched even for a comic book? I have no clue. But, I'm glad Lex didn't resort to a funky comb-over and instead appreciate his bald confidence.

Anyway, I am pretty sure I bought this page from Graphic Collectibles. Mitch repped Ed McGuinness at the time. Mitch had great updates to try and keep an eye on. Thank you, Mitch.

One look and you can tell it's McGuinness. The monochrome colors of the printed page is like Batman is made to be as intimidating as a supernatural demon.
