He does have the powers of the god, but he never succeeds having no idea how to consistenty wield it.  Super powerful last panel with those recognizable Sinnott radiating power lines.

Maybe Graviton should get the Beyonder to help him with mastering his powers like he did with Molecule Man.  Oh, wait.  The Beyonder is dead...

Yes!  Graviton origin retold!  Loved this series when it came out, particularly the first 2 years, including this issue.  Congrats!
