Description

Lacking any leads to find Olimpia and her gang, Harlan uses a tried and true detective tactic: Wander in the open and wait for them to attack you.

“So your plan now would be… to take a walk around Trastevere?”

“Are you surprised?”

“Nah, with you around, nothing surprises me anymore.”

“Let's just say that, if luck is blind, sometimes you have to help it see a little better.”

(Sergio, now disguised in a beret, tails Harlan and Kurjak, but they round a corner and then get the drop on him.) “It's really a problem with all these little streets... You never know where you're going.”

“How did you find us so quickly?”

“I had my eye on you. I had written down the license plate number of your car.”

“My compliments.”

“You'll never believe me, but I only came to talk.”

“But we'll ask the questions. What's your name?”

“Sergio Fusco.”

(Kurjak frisks Sergio.) “Maybe this guy is telling the truth. He's unarmed.”

“See? I come in peace.”

“Mmm... let's hear what you have to say.”

This story development took me completely by surprise.

On a hard target art page, you'll walk anywhere
Warm spell of Andrea's, rising Olimpia
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering line
My head grew heavy and my fright drew dim
I had the drop for the night
There he stood at the doorway
I heard the questions yelled
And I was thinking to myself
"This would be Harlan or this could be hell"
Then he lit up a Fusco and he showed me beret
There were choices shown the horror more
I thought that Kurjak says

Welcome to the Hotel Margherita
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a license plate
Plenty of room at the Hotel Margherita

This is a surprising story development. Maybe Sergio is looking for a way out of his agreement with Olimpia. All I know for sure is he should keep that beret look, he's giving me Jean-Claude Van Damme from the Street Fighter movie vibes!

Sergio has finally found someone to listen to his complaints of sexual harassment!

Strong figurework and some nice angles from Del Campo.
