Description
Angel Medina and Scott Koblish

Splash of Captain America in his exoskeleton. Tony's armor design somehow managed to increase Cap's natural muscle definition. Plus, he did a great job on incorporating Cap's original look and adding that polished finish. I do find the armor interesting and even Cap needs to change things up now and again, right? Even more interesting is that the marvel fandom database lists appearances of "Captain America's Exoskeleton".

This was a stress-free auction score. Obviously, not many others appreciated exo-Cap, lucky for me, I guess. I was also able to acquire the color guide from Anthony's Comic Art not long after as well. The top left and bottom right paste-ups from the page were included in the protection sleeve which was nice. There is also an overlay that show the sparkle/shiny effects in the additional images.

Thank you Angel and Scott for your contribution to Cap's lore with this amazing artwork.

Sweet splash with Armored Cap rarely appearing outside of his own title with this costume!  This was th mid 90's where every editorial team had to shake things up!  For Cap and DD, it mean a harder edge and new armored costume to be more aggressive for the times.  After Desert Storm, Cap didn't ride that wave of patriotism, but was more influenced by what Image was doing.
