Description
The Prince and Snow White at The Wishing Well (King Features Syndicate).

My idea is that these are not preliminaries but the only pencils drawn by Porter.
There was little time available and the comic book story had to be published before the film came out in theaters, to introduce the characters.
I believe thet Robert (Bob) Grant, also an illustrator as well an inker, used the light box to ink the pencils on another sheet of paper and at the same time sometime make some minor changes.
These only inked pages were subsequently sent for printing.
The historical value and rarity of these extraordinary 60 strips drawn by Porter have not yet had the right consecration, due to the description reported in Heritage auctions, indicating these drawings as 'preliminary'. Probably due to protect themselves from possible disputes.
I am very proud to own this strip.

They might have published these out early to get copyright before the movie made the story popular.  It's a fine historical artifact and cherished Disneyana!

Pezzo stupendo e  ultrastorico!
