Description
As a Daredevil fan, Gene Colan is a big name in my fandom and there is no better inker of his then Tom Palmer. So as I continue to search for my perfect Gene Colan / Tom Palmer DD page, this Tomb of Dracula page from the last issue came up for sale and I had to go for it! Growing up in the late 80's - early 90's who wasn't a fan of vampires! Although I didn't come to this comic until a lot later, it was a fun read seeing Dracula go up against the usual vampire hunters in the Van Hellsing family (Shout out to the Hellsing manga / anime), but it was also fun seeing him in the Marvel universe. The page itself perfectly shows the storytelling of Gene and Tom as we see Torgo besting Dracula to become the new Lord of the Vampires! Is this the end of Dracula!?

brilliant work from the pair as Palmer's inks shine over Colan's pencils on this series. awesome page! congrats and hope you end up acquiring your ideal Colan DD example for your collection.

Love the layout!  It feels like Colan just drew and Palmer just put the borders around after.  Smiling vampire faces are always creepy!
