The GI Joe side of the Energon Universe got set up with the mini series of Destro, Cobra Commander, Duke, and Scarlet. The series set up Destro as the weapons dealer to Cobra overcoming his rivals Xamot and Tomax! His weapons and small army topple governments right off the BAT!
