Each era has a different art style to reflect the way comics looked at that time. So when the 60s come around you have some Robert Crumb, Jack Kirby, and what looks to be Curt Swan style pages. Also the negative space outside the panels is a tan-ish color like there's foxing on each of the flashback sequences.

This page is presumably at Woodstock where a member of her team that was working security tried to show up some bikers that he could handle their drugs. It didn't go well.
