2-2025...The early ambitions of a young Charlie Chaplin, as he sets out to conquer Hollywood, are well depicted on this page from the first volume (of three) in the graphic biography illustrated by David François with a script by Laurent Seksik (Rue de Sèvres, 2019). A nod to Chaplin's masterpiece, The Dictator, can be appreciated here.

Pretty cool page! Had no idea a graphic novel about Charlie Chaplin's life/career was a thing, now that I know I want to track it down and read it. Thanks for making me aware of it through your art share and congrats on the art!
