Numerada como A11 en la esquina superior derecha, esta celdilla de producción muestra al anunciador del torneo en el minuto 14:33, con medidas de 17 x 14,5 cm, y su dibujo animado, realizado en grafito y lápiz de color.
La celdilla se muestra sobre un fondo impreso para su presentación, adherida con cinta adhesiva de archivo. El trazo del celuloide presenta un ligero desvanecimiento. El dibujo presenta un ligero desgaste superficial. En general, se encuentra en muy buen estado, con leves desgastes por manipulación y bordes debidos a la producción.

The Announcer of the 64th World Martial Arts Tournament hypes the crowd with this lot, displaying a stunning hand-painted production cel from the last Dragon Ball GT episode, "Until We Meet Again," accompanied by its matching animation drawing. This episode aired in Japan on November 19, 1997, featuring a sentimental farewell to Goku and his friends and a memorable view at a tournament in the future, where Goku's great-great-grandson goes head to head against Vegeta's great-great grandson. Numbered A11 in the top right corner, this production cel shows the tournament Announcer as seen at the 14:33 timestamp, measuring 6.75" x 5.75" with the animation drawing featuring him rendered in graphite and colored pencil. The cel is displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes, taped to it with archival artist tape. The line work on the cel shows light fading. Minor surface wear to the drawing. Overall, in Very Good condition, presenting minor handling and edge wear from production.
