Hi, the specific comic strip is from the Mandrake the Magician strip. It's 251st Mandrake daily story titled 'Still Lovely, Still Deadly'. This specific strip is from May 12th 2006.

Hello, thank you for giving me more information about this strip. I did some more digging into the Mandrake strips and this seems to be from the storyline The Missing Aviatrix. Luckily I had the scans of the strips to cross check.

You're exactly right. I confused it with the other Fred Fredericks illustration you posted which is from the story.
